The Document Management System (DMS) is owned and operated by the Department of Education that aims to ensure accurate and complete documentation and traceability of incoming and outgoing documents.
All users shall be responsible and accountable for the security and protection of information and documents in the system.

Disclosure of information and documents shall be subject to the reasonable conditions and limitations as prescribed by the existing laws, rules, and regulations.
